The application period for the targeted benefit for the Spring Semester 2024 during the July Supplementary Admission is open from 1 July 2024 up to and including 16 July 2024 through the Scholarships and Financial Assistance for Students Information System (hereinafter referred to as ‘PARAMA’).
In order to receive the targeted allowance during the additional enrolment , students are required to log in to the IS “PARAMA” via the website of the State Study Fund [http://vsf.lrv.lt/lt/] and electronically fill in the prescribed application form (Targeted Allowance, Spring Semester 2024_July). Only after completing the application form in this way can a student apply for the targeted allowance at the time of admission.
Please note that the targeted student allowance is granted for one semester of study and is paid monthlyuntil the end of that semester, including the session and holiday period of that semester, but no longer than until the end of your studies.
Students with a disability who meet the following eligibility criteria are eligible for the targeted allowance:
- have a statutory level of 45% or less of work capacity or a severe or moderate level of disability (NB: students with disabilities who are eligible for targeted benefits may also qualify for a social grant).
- First time studying at university since disability.
- No academic debts for the study programme and/or penalties imposed by the higher education institution.
