It is great that the administration, teachers and students of Marijampolė Šaltinio Progymnasium have agreed to participate in the STEAM Class 7 programme, which is based on the updated general education curricula and the principles of STEAM education.
Over the course of four meetings, students carried out activities and investigations on the topic of viruses in all STEAM laboratories. They also excelled in the STEAM challenge, where they worked in teams and used their knowledge, skills and creativity to create their own versions of viruses, giving them names, functions or even secrets.
We are delighted that, working together with creative and innovative teachers, we can contribute to the dissemination of modern teaching ideas and show that learning can be both fun and rewarding, because by exploring, questioning and answering, we cultivate what is so important – curiosity and inquisitiveness.
