Five Erasmus+ students came to study in the autumn semester. Three students – Ali and sisters Tuba and Gulcan from Bingol University came to the Social Work srudy programme. One student – Selcan from Ardahan University to study the Business English and Communication study programme, and Kerem from Trabzon University came to study Law and Public Procurement study programme.
Feedback from one of them:
„Hello. My name is Kerem Can Arslan. I am 21 years old. I m from Turkey and my city is Trabzon. I’m studying at Trabzon university and I m studying law. This is my last year. My school was newly established and it was a sweet little school in the big city. The reason I participated in the Erasmus program was to meet people from as many different cultures as possible and improve my language. Also I wanted to examine legal approaches in different countries. Lithuania is a great country for this, students from many different countries gather here. The people here and their culture are very different from my country. I believe it will be a lot of fun to meet these people and get to know this culture. Also, Marjiampole Higher Education Institution gave me the impression of a great Institution. It has a historical feel to it. The Institution‘s staff are very nice and friendly. I believe that my process of getting used to this place will not be difficult at all thanks to them. The outside of the Institution is wonderful and has areas for various sports activities. Also, the dormitory is very close. I think I can achieve all my Erasmus+ goals here.“
