Yesterday, Svetlana Lanka and Jana Grava from Liepaja University – International Office, Latvia, visited MarijampoleHigher Education Institution. The lecturers gave lectures to the students of Social Work and Childhood Education study programmes. During the meeting with the representatives of the foreign university, the Vice-Dean of Education and Social Work Odeta Gluoksnytė and the Chairperson of the Social Work Study Programme Committee, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Salomėja Karasevičiūtė, discussed the opportunities for communication and cooperation. The lecturers were also introduced to the Institution’s renewed study infrastructure. We are pleased with the lectures given by lecturers from foreign universities to the students of our Institution and the international knowledge, teaching methods and practices they transfer.
