It is a department of Marijampole Higher Education Institution, which provides information services to the academic community, completes the document fund, helps to implement the goals of studies and learning, and develops students’ ability to orient themselves independently in information flows.
We work with the library information system Aleph, in which research and study documents are collected and made available to the public.
Students have the opportunity to search for information:
On the internet;
In data bases;
On CDs;
record the information found on an information medium.Students are consulted on information retrieval issues.
In the reading room, visitors with special needs can use special software TOPAZ – a stationary electronic video magnifier. With its help, visually impaired students can read a variety of publications: they can increase the size of the reading text, adjust its brightness, contrast, color of letters and background.

Lecturers and researchers of Marijampole Higher Education Institution must register their printed or electronic / scanned publications in the database of scientific publications of MK employees.

Copies (printed or electronic / scanned) of both sides of the title page of the publication in which the publication is printed (with published data) and the first and last pages of the article (containing the summary).
